"We were a bit lax when all the building was going on to get the city open, I fear things were missed. Reminding the city citing the law sounds like a good start. Maybe a small section reminding the citizens of what forms need to be filled out for the city records in the newspaper. Do you know if a name has been decided on for the city paper?"
