For example, Jon here would like to get the men who are awake earlier in the day, into the arena to practice. Its difficult to know who is on what shift as yet among the warriors, but the same holds true for all the castes. If we can get hold of when the largest concentrations are in the various groups, then things like meetings and events can be planned at times that will be most available"
